 | Paper TitleA STUDY ON DEBT-RECOVERY-TRIBUNALS STRUCTURE AND PROCESSES WITH RESPECT TO LOANSAbstractGiven its pivotal role in economic growth, India\'s lending landscape necessitates a close examination of debt recovery. The laws governing debt collection are covered in detail in this study, which is crucial for maintaining economic stability. Since loans are frequently secured by financial assets or collateral, close oversight is required to ensure that the conditions are met. The \"Recovery of Debt Due To Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993\" established the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), which is one legal option used by financial institutions to reduce the risk of default. Another is the use of internal debt recovery teams. This study clarifies the levels that necessitate legal action by examining the reasons behind the extreme measures taken by lenders action and the complicated steps that are needed. It also looks at things from the point of view of borrowers, pointing out the consequences of not paying and possible ways to ease debt loads. This study shows how lending practices, regulatory frameworks, and debt recovery mechanisms all work together in a complex way by looking at legal safeguards and borrower protections. In the end, it aims to help people understand better how to handle debt in today\'s financial world. KEYWORDS : DRT, Debt, Recovery, Tribunal, SARFAESI.

 | Paper TitleA STUDY ON PEER PRESSURE AND ACADEMIC STRESS OF DEGREE STUDENTS IN MUMBAI REGIONAbstractThis research looks at the connection between academic stress and peer pressure for degree candidates in the Mumbai area. Finding out how much peer pressure contributes to the academic stress that college-bound students experience is the aim of the study. To collect thorough data, a questionnaire method was used.
The findings demonstrate a substantial correlation between academic stress levels and peer pressure, with the majority of respondents reporting that poor time management led to higher stress. The study pinpoints particular peer pressure factors that raise stress levels in students, including academic workload, peer expectations and family expectations.
Additionally, the study examines coping mechanisms that students employ to manage academic stress and mitigate the consequences of peer pressure. It also makes clear how crucial support systems are for reducing the detrimental effects of pressure from peers on academic wellbeing, both within and outside of formal education.
These realizations have consequences for educators, parents, and legislators as they devise plans to establish a nurturing learning environment that acknowledges and tackles the difficulties caused by peer pressure. In the end, the study contributes to the ongoing discussion in the Mumbai region\'s higher education system about academic success and student welfare.

THE ROLE WOMEN IN TELANGANA ARMED STRUGGLE
 | Paper TitleTHE ROLE WOMEN IN TELANGANA ARMED STRUGGLEAbstractThe Telangana Armed Struggle of the 1940s represents a significant chapter in India\'s history, characterized by active participation from women who defied societal norms. This period marked a transition for women from conventional welfare roles to pivotal involvement in political activism and armed resistance against the feudal regime of the Nizam. Organizations like the Navjivan Mandali played critical roles in mobilizing women and providing platforms for their participation. Women not only engaged in the struggle for land and labor rights but also took on brave roles in the face of brutal repression by the Razakars and police forces. Despite facing severe challenges, including violence and societal ostracism, women\'s involvement led to a redefinition of their roles in society and contributed to the broader movement for socio-economic transformation. | Paper TitleSOCIO-ECONOMIC, AND POLITICAL DEVELOPMENTS OF BANJARAS IN RURAL TELANGANA – A STUDY AbstractThe Banjaras have a unique culture of their own, and it occupies an important role in Indian culture. Their life style is unique, which has nothing in common with the population of plain areas or with the local tribes who are popularly known as Banjaras, Lambadas, Sugali, or Labhani are different names used for the same community in different parts of the country. The Indian social order is principally responsible for the hardship, degradation, and depression suffered by the vast majority of India\'s indigenous people. Even after 70 years of national independence, the aims of social and economic democracy have yet to be realised.
The ruling powers continue to control by exploiting their caste, muscular, financial, and political power. Despite several constitutional safeguards, provisions, and advantages, indigenous peoples have been excluded from the mainstream of national development. Through this research, the researcher attempted to understand the socioeconomic situation of Banjara women, as well as the type and amount of their contribution to the home economy. Hence, the topic is \"A study on the socioeconomic condition of Banjara women and their contribution to the household economy.
